Billi Raker serves as Vice President of Business Development for LIV Hospitality, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and builds meaningful partnerships across the industry. Known as the “Queen of Connections,” Billi brings a people-first approach to business, combining relationship-building with results-driven leadership.
With a diverse background spanning hospitality, healthcare, marketing, and 22 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserve, Billi has held key leadership roles including General Manager of the historic Hotel Alex Johnson and Director of Ambulatory Services at Monument Health. She is also a multi-unit franchise owner of Amazing Lash Studio locations in Rapid City and Sioux Falls.
Originally from Montana, Billi is a graduate of Black Hills State University. She and her husband have two children, and together they enjoy mountain biking, spending time with family, and life with their horses.
