We believe in the importance of investing in our local communities, and in turn, investing in the people who help us become the best. Every year, Liv Hospitality gives back to local charities and other worthy causes and we encourage participation for various fundraising events and volunteer efforts. Liv also recognizes that our employees are one of our most valuable assets; therefore, we strive to create work environments which promote respect, offer encouragement, and provide resources for our employees to excel professionally at present and in to the future.

Annale Olson, Office Manager
Annale grew up in Mayville-Portland, N.D., and began her college career at the University of North Dakota. Upon completion, she felt ambitious to explore: find fresh, new faces, places, and opportunities, and decided to relocate to Rapid City. With relatives in town for about ten years prior, she had a decent feel for the area and knew that some of her favorite activities — hiking, skiing, kayaking, camping, and days at the lake — would make the Black Hills an amazing place to call home. Annale stumbled upon the opportunity to use her business background at Liv Hospitality’s corporate offices in the summer of 2017 after working a few part-time jobs throughout her first year in Rapid City (one of them being at the Hotel Alex Johnson). Her strong sense of customer service paired with a keen eye for detail, planning, and organization makes the Office Manager position perfect for her. Annale looks forward to growing with the company, both personally and professionally.
